How can I make a reservation?
  1. Send a Booking Request
    Click the “Book” button on our website and fill in your check-in/out dates and guest details. Submit the form to send us your request.
  2. Host Confirmation
    After we receive your request, we will review it and contact you to confirm availability. If approved, you’ll receive the price, payment details, and IBAN for the deposit.
  3. Confirm Your Reservation
    To confirm your stay, a bank transfer deposit is required. Once we receive your deposit, your booking will be confirmed and your dates will be closed on all online booking platforms.
  4. Secure Your Reservation
    The remaining balance must be paid via bank transfer 14 days before arrival. This final payment secures your reservation for check-in.

We accept payments only via bank transfer for your security and convenience. The payment process is:

  1. Prepayment: To confirm your reservation, a deposit is required via bank transfer.

  2. Final payment: The remaining amount is paid via bank transfer 14 days before arrival.

Once we receive your prepayment:

  • Your selected dates will be blocked on all booking platforms to secure your stay.
  • We will ask for your full name, phone number, and passport number/Greek Tax ID (ΑΦΜ) for registration purposes.

Yes. The minimum night stay is 2 nights. Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance.

What time can I check in?

The check in is from 15:00 P.M. onwards. Early check in depends on availability or if there is a check out the same day. If you expect to arrive at a different time it’s better to inform us so we can try to provide you with a good service.

What about check out?

Before 10:00 A.M. on your day of departure.

We are a family-friendly property. Upon request, we can provide baby cots, high chairs, and other baby equipment.

No. We have a very strict no pet policy for the entire property. Pets are not allowed.

Yes. Free public parking is available about 50–100 meters from the property, just before the entrance of the hospital. Spaces are generally available.

Home Safety

Exterior security cameras are installed on the property for safety purposes. One dome-style camera overlooks the side door and records video only. It is positioned outside the house, and signage is in place to inform guests and deter illegal activity.

Other Things to Note

1. Tap water on the island of Chios is not potable. Bottled water will be provided in the kitchen.
2. Please do not throw paper or other objects in the toilets, as this can cause plumbing issues.
3. Beach towels are available upon request.

A bus stop with frequent service to and from the city center is located nearby.
